Letter from the Executive Director |
Hello Folks, Instead of listing out all the people that make our community possible (debaters, judges, coaches, teachers, parents, volunteers, staff, alumni ... y'all get the gist), I want to take this time to truly thank everyone for their generosity and support these last few months. There have been plenty of challenges coming back from our pandemic programming to in-person activities - we definitely didn't plan for half our student staff getting sick after a weekend tournament! But these learning curves only exemplified the dedication of our community. You've been patient with our progress and understanding of our constrains. We'd like to reciprocate the gesture by improving our communication (see the ED's AGM report). More importantly, we plan to return your passion and enthusiasm by expanding our programming aspiration for Winter Term 2023 (see Midterm Programming Review). We have even more projects and ideas in the works. Rest up for the holidays, we'll see you in the New Year! Kehan Fu Interim Executive Director |

Students Love Speech & Debate Academy |
| "I LOVE the weekly debate class! The instructors were amazing and helped me a lot. The part I enjoyed the most is learning the tips from their past debate experiences and apply to my debate preparation. The mock debate at the end was fun! I am really looking forward to next term. Thanks SEDA! ." Kaitlyn H., Grade 5 |
