Draft Strategic Plan Review |
As part of our organizational cycle, we update and revise our strategic plan every few years. This year, the board started the strategic planning process in October culminating in a draft strategic plan. We value your input and feedback. As the board plans for the next 3 years, we would appreciate you taking some time to review this 2-page draft. The timeframe of the strategic plan is from July 2024 to June 2027 and can be understood as having a single overarching priority – Accessibility. Our focus areas under that theme: - the accessibility and relevancy of programming options, and
- increasing and diversifying revenue streams to ensure that programs remain financially accessible for families.
After reviewing this draft, please take the time to provide us with your feedback through the link below by December 1, 2023. Thank you. |

| Today I went to my first debate workshop(intro to debate). It was a very fun and unique experience for me. I learned about basic facts about debate, such as what clash means, and that you are actually trying to convince the audience instead of the opposing team. I also learned about how a debate goes. I was only able to talk for about two minutes when it was my turn, but I am hoping to improve by participating in more debate events. -Shuyan, Grade 6 |
